And checked their Facebook Page this afternoon, and there I was!
What a nice surprise... One of the perks to joining a community a little less saturated than Etsy (Not that I don't love Etsy, because I do!). I thought that was great that they high light new sellers on their facebook page. I don't get a lot of views over there (no sales yet!), but I hope they gain in some popularity. I do love Etsy, I love the look, like the layout, mostly love the community, but it is really great to have an alternative.
My Heartsy deal has been voted on and has gone to the official Heartsy Judges. I guess I'll find out in the next few days if they are interested. Still kind of uncertain about this whole business, but we will see how it goes!
My last few days at the day job seem to be long and drawn out. It's nearly 4:00 and I still have 3 hours to go! I'm really excited about starting my new job, and really looking forward to regular 9-5 hours again.
It is always an awesome thing to be able to step outside of the box and get into other avenues and platforms for one’s business. Whether you are selling your products directly, or simply making them and then letting other people notice worldwide, it is always cool to have a stronger sense of latitude. That's what social media allows, basically. Anyway, thanks for sharing!
